What is FitWit?

FitWit is a fully designed product ecosystem that combines confectionery artistry, evidence-based nutriology, and functional food technologies.

Our philosophy: taste comes first, the benefits are a bonus, harmony is the goal. We do not disguise «healthy» as «tasty». We create products you want to eat without reminders or guilt — and their functionality is a natural consequence of a high‑quality composition.

Ecosystem Architecture

All FitWit products are united by six cross‑cutting principles:

  1. 0% added sugar — only natural sweeteners, no glucose spikes.
  2. High protein — complete amino acid profile.
  3. Prebiotics — various types of dietary fibre with combined effects.
  4. Clean label — no artificial colours, preservatives, substitutes, or palm oil.
  5. Premium textures — from airy nougat to thick Greek yogurt, from crispy waffle to melting praline.
  6. Flexible consumption — perforated bars, different packaging formats, nitrogen atmosphere for freshness.

Product Catalogue (Overview by Category)

1. Bars & Candies

The classic functional sweets. Six lines:
Pronix — uncoated praline, maximum protein.
Onix — chocolate‑covered nougat, perforated into three portions.
Nutrix — nougat with whole nuts.
Triplix — three‑layer dessert (nougat + cream + coating).
Edenix — nougat with freeze‑dried berries and nuts.
Dreamix — waffle desserts with three types of fillings: aerated soufflé, nut praline, fruit jelly.
Fillix — chocolate candies with the same fillings, without the waffle.

2. Bakery

Cookix Elite — protein cookies with a crispy caramel crust (12 flavours).
Shortix — shortbread‑style protein cookies with collagen.
Bisquick — portioned protein sponge cake (10+ flavours).
Bonix — rich protein buns made with taggose.

3. Confectionery (Gummies, Toffees, Marshmallows, Halva)

Jellix — agar‑agar & pectin gummies with prebiotics.
Toffix — sugar‑free toffees with dental health function (dairy & fruit series).
Soffix Pro — protein marshmallow (rose‑shaped) and its chocolate‑coated version.
Soffix Lite — apple marshmallow with antioxidants (plus a white‑chocolate series).
Halvix — functional halva (sunflower, tahini, peanut) rich in protein and Omega‑3.

4. Wellness Dairy (Bifix)

A full synbiotic dairy platform with live probiotics:
Bifix Yogurt (Greek, 2–8% fat), LabneQuarkCream CheeseCheese PâtéLiquid (drinking yogurt), Kefir.

5. Multi‑Functional Nutrition (Genix)

Ready‑to‑eat products with targeted matrices:

7. Protein Chocolate

Several types (white, milk, dark dessert 55%, bitter 75%, ruby). Each has a functional profile (Bone Support, Calm & Focus, Antioxidant, Omega‑3). Available as bars and heat‑resistant drops for baking.

8. Snacks

Crunchix — crispy pillows made of dietary fibre (90% fibre) — a substitute for chips and popcorn.

9. Nutraceuticals

Lollipix — sugar‑free functional hard candies in six directions: fresh breath, throat protection, appetite control, digestive comfort, mental energy, calm & sleep.
Addix — synergy syrups for coffee and tea (6 functional directions).
Tonix — functional drinks for every moment: Daily (immunity, energy, beauty), Brain (focus, calm, sleep), Antiage (joints, skin, respiration, cells), Sport (pre‑, intra‑, post‑workout).

Current Project Status (What Is Already Ready)

FitWit is a fully engineered system ready for pilot production. The following have been completed:

  • Philosophy & positioning — concept, mission, target audience, tagline, brand story.
  • Brand & identity — name, mascot (the owlet), typography, colour palette, packaging design principles.
  • Naming system — all products share the -ix suffix, intuitively indicating the category.
  • Scientific platform — synbiotic concept, evidence base (100+ scientific sources: meta‑analyses, clinical studies, consensus papers).
  • Complete technical documentation (MMR) — Master Manufacturing Record in English and Russian for each product. Each MMR includes:
    • Product specification
    • Master recipe (per 100 kg/L)
    • Process flow diagram and SOP
    • HACCP plan with critical control points
    • Labelling and packaging requirements (for EU, EAEU, China, USA markets)
    • Validation protocols and sanitation procedures
  • MMR appendices templates — flow diagrams, production logs, certification statuses (Halal/Kosher/CIFER in development), raw material specifications, equipment list.
  • Marketing materials — concept texts for each product (problem → solution → uniqueness), global market analysis, consumption scenarios.
